You could argue that every NES cartridge, the leigtimate and the illeigtimate, have the potential to spoil VC sales. Albeit, multi-carts contain a massive amount of games, but they also cost more on ebay than most single carts. I also think that they appeal to a different market than VC does. Most of the people who buy these games nowadays are collectors, not someone interested in picking up a quality game to play.
