I spent almost the full two weeks bniidlug up, spending time doing fairly boring missions and, even more boringly, mining asteroids. Half the time I was doing something else leaving the game running by itself. Then, with 1 day of my free trial period left, I decided to venture out and see what the Eve Universe had to offer.Five minutes later I was destroyed by a clan in about 5 or so seconds the moment I warped into their space and all that incredibly boring gameplay was for nothing.Needless to say, I didn't sign up for a paid membership.I'm sure there are more intelligent approaches to the jump in and see what happens path I took, but nevertheless, I simply couldn't start doing all the asteroid mining over again.
